SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AND GUIDELINES 2017-2018

Select from one of the sponsorship packages outlined below or select multiple opportunities to create a custom package that maximizes your organization’s exposure at MASFAA’s Annual Fall Conference. All exhibitor/sponsorship packages are available on a first-come, first-serve basis determined by the date of receipt of the completed Sponsorship Agreement Form.

EXHIBITOR SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE $1,500 – Sponsorship Agreement Form submitted by October 13, 2017 $1,800 – Sponsorship Agreement Form submitted after October 13, 2017

 One conference exhibit space, which will consist of a 6’ table. The exhibitor area is in a prime location offering maximum exposure to conference attendees.  One complimentary conference registration.  Your organization’s name and logo printed in the conference program (organizations will be listed alphabetically).  Your organization’s logo on electronic signage at the conference venue.  Acknowledgement of your sponsorship by the MASFAA President during a conference general session.

 Your organization’s name and logo appearing as a sponsor on the MASFAA website (organizations will be listed alphabetically).

BASIC SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE $500 (ideal for organizations that are not able to exhibit but would like to be a conference sponsor)

 Your organization’s name and logo printed in the conference program (organizations will be listed alphabetically).  Your organization’s logo on electronic signage at the conference venue.  Acknowledgement of your sponsorship by the MASFAA President during a conference general session. CONFERENCE LANYARD PACKAGE $750 (limited to one sponsor)

 Your organization’s logo as the sole logo printed on the conference lanyard provided to each attendee.

CONFERENCE BAG PACKAGE $750 (limited to one sponsor)

 Your organization’s logo as the sole logo printed on the conference bag provided to each attendee.

NEW! Conference WATER BOTTLES $750 (limited to one sponsor)

 Your organization’s name and logo will be displayed as the sponsor of the water bottle.

CONFERENCE BAG INSERT PACKAGE $500 (unlimited)

 One printed, single-page, bi-fold or tri-fold brochure provided by your organization to be distributed along with conference bags to each attendee. MASFAA’S SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

1. Due to space restrictions, only tabletop booths are allowed at exhibitor tables. 2. Logos for any printed sponsorship opportunities (conference booklet, lanyards, water bottles and/or conference bags) must be submitted via email to the Development Chair Lisa Talbot at Lisa.Talbot @ Salliemae.com prior to October 6, 2017 3. Organizations taking advantage of the conference bag insert option must supply printed copies of the handout or brochure (singe page, bi-fold or tri-fold) prior to the conference. Suggested quantity and shipping details will be provided no later than October 20, 2017. 4. Exhibitors'/Sponsors’ gifts or giveaways must be of nominal value (i.e., less than $10 fair market value). 5. All prize drawings, including scholarships, are prohibited. 6. Exhibitors/Sponsors are prohibited from organizing, sponsoring, or conducting any social activities directed towards conference attendees. 7. Exhibitors are able to organize, sponsor, or conduct non-social events, such as focus, advisory, or user groups, where only non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks may be served. Becoming a sponsor does not include annual individual membership dues. 9. The sponsorship structure is subject to change on an annual basis. 10. Please note that ONE conference registration is included in the exhibitor fee. The individual utilizing the complimentary registration must register separately for the conference at no cost. You may register any additional attendees for the conference separately at www.masfaa.org.
