1. COASTAL INTEGRATIVE HEALTH REZONING 728 VILLAGE ROAD (P&Z# 14-0020) – Coastal Integrative Health has submitted a petition for the rezoning of ±1.28 acres located at 728 Village Road (tax parcel 197JA016) from Residential Agricultural (RA- 15) to Office & Institutional (O&I). The Town of Shallotte Planning Board recommended approval of the rezoning to the Board of Aldermen on September 9th, 2014.

6. Motion to approve/deny the Board of Aldermen Zoning Statement 7. A motion to approve/deny the rezoning of ±1.28 acres located at 728 Village Road (tax parcel 197JA016) from Residential Agricultural (RA-15) to Office & Institutional (O&I), as requested by Coastal Integrative Health.

IX. PUBLIC HEARING (2)

1. TABLE OF PERMITTED USES TEXT AMENDMENT (P&Z# 14-0021)- Staff initiated text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section 10-1, Table 10-2, Table of Permitted Uses. The proposed text amendment will modify the current uses allowed in the Central Business (CB) District. The Town of Shallotte Planning Board recommended approval of the text amendment to the Board of Aldermen on September 9th, 2014.
