Flex Learning Profile Results Sheet

Print out and use this sheet to record your results from the Learning Profile Survey. After each section, BEFORE YOU CLICK NEXT, record your results. Do not lose this sheet! You will need it for your blog assignment. Part 1: Interest Inventory As you can see the interest survey is divided into 16 groups. Each group is a career cluster. Career clusters place similar occupations in groups. These clusters help you narrow the thousands of career options in the world to a general area of interest. The clusters connect what you learn in school to the skills and knowledge you need beyond high school. Some careers are placed in more than one cluster.

Part 2: Learning Style Inventory Total the score for each section. A score of 21 points or more in a modality indicates strength in that area. The highest of the 3 scores indicates the most efficient method of information intake. The second highest score indicates the modality which boosts the primary strength. For example, a score of 23 in visual modality indicates a strong visual learner. Such a learner benefits from the text, from filmstrips, charts, graphs, etc. If the second highest score is auditory, then the individual would benefit from audio tapes, lectures, etc. If you are strong kinesthetically, taking notes and rewriting class notes will reinforce information.
