Dear Parents: This school year, our school will be using Picaboo Yearbooks. Picaboo Yearbooks is an online service for creating online and printed yearbooks, and will be managed by our school yearbook advisor. Your child’s information for the yearbook will either be collected by our yearbook advisor (who will provide it to Picaboo Yearbooks), or may be entered directly by you or your child on your own Picaboo Yearbooks account. You may sign up for a parent account on Picaboo Yearbooks as well, which will allow our yearbook advisor to grant you access to view proofs of the yearbook and order copies of the yearbook. All users will need an access code from our yearbook advisor to view the yearbook and to order copies. In order for your child’s information to be included in the yearbook, he or she must have your permission, and you must read and agree to the Picaboo Yearbooks Terms of Service (www.picabooyearbooks.com/terms) on your child’s behalf. You must also read and agree to the Picaboo Yearbooks Privacy Policy (www.picabooyearbooks.com/privacypolicy), which explains Picaboo’s policies regarding collection and use of personally identifiable information from your child. It’s important that you review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy closely with your child, so that they understand what the rules are. Picaboo Yearbooks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice on its website, or by sending you a notice via email. Your continued use of our services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of such modified terms and conditions.
