Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in Calvary Christian Academy. Before you complete this application, please pray for God’s direction and provision for your finances. God can do “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think”. Ephesians 3:20+ Kindergarten - 12th grade only; Preschool is not eligible for financial aid Financial Aid Process: 1. The Student Enrollment process must be completed for returning students (including registration fees) before your Financial Aid application will be considered.

2. The Student Application process must be completed for new students (including application fees, assessment and interview) before your Financial Aid application will be considered.

3. Please read through the Financial Aid Application. If you feel the Lord is leading you to do so, fill out the application form thoroughly and answer all questions honestly and completely before turning them into the school office. Many of the questions are similar to the FACTS online assessment in step #3, so you might want to keep the CCA form until you complete the next step.

4. Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment online at https:// online.factsmgt.com. Click on “Applicant Sign In” to start the process. Send the following required documents after completing the online application:  Copies of your 2017 Federal Tax forms including supporting tax schedules OR  Copies of your 2017 W2 and 2016 Federal Tax Forms with supporting tax schedules  In addition to Federal tax forms required by FACTS, copies of the last 3 months personal bank account statement and other information may be required and requested by CCA from all self-employed and foreign applicants. This can also be uploaded in a PDF format or it can be faxed to 1 -866-315-9264. Please be sure to include the Application ID on all faxed documents. Please call FACTS at 1-866-412-4637 for any issues in uploading your documents.

5. Financial Aid consideration is based on need to eligible families on a first come, first served basis. CCA has a limited amount of funds available each year.

6. The application deadline is March 1st for returning students. However, we continue to accept and review financial aid applications after the deadline as funding allows. Due to the limited funds, we make every attempt to provide assistance to eligible families, but we strongly encourage to comply with deadlines and submission of required paperwork.

7. The Financial Aid Committee only reviews applications if a CCA Financial Aid Form is received in the CCA Office and your FACTS online application is completed.

8. Notification of financial aid awards will be made by May 1st. Please do not call FACTS regarding your award; they are only an assessment tool.
