16 ONE ON ONE LESSONS FOR 1/2 HOUR-Hitting,pitching, catching and fielding 14 GROUP HITTING SESSIONS FOR 1HOUR AT PLAYERS ONLY 10 GROUP FIELDING SESSIONS FOR 1 1/2 hours at The New Indoor Facility CHAMPIONS HALL located just down the street from Players Only. Elite Throwing Program
Program Includes: 20 Sessions broken down as follows: 4 Bullpen Only Sessions 10 Workout Only Sessions 6 Workout/Throwing Hybrid Session 1 Video Analysis Workshop (Optional) Workouts Include: Dynamic Warm-Up Arm Care Mechanics Driven Workout Mobility Cool Down Bullpens Include: Slow Motion Video Uploaded to YouTube Holding Runners & Pick-Offs Change-Ups, Curveballs, 2-Seams, and Cutters Defensive Responsibilities Each Participant will receive shorts and shirt for workouts.
