15a. Warranty Policy: Adjustment to arch height, width and length, or heel cup depth will be made without charge for 90 days from invoice date. Polypropylene shells are warranted against breakage for 10 years. All other shells, including ULTRALYT and XCELA, are warranted against breakage for 1 year. Top and bottom covers, soft-tissue supplements, balance padding, posts and similar adjustments or modifications, all subject to normal wear and tear, are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for 90 days from invoice date. Damage resulting from unintended use, use by anyone other than the prescribed patient, outgrowth, normal wear and tear, and loss are not covered by this warranty. Liability of Precision Orthotic Lab, Int’l, is limited to repair or replacement of the device at the sole discretion of Precision. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the damaged orthoses. Children’s outgrowth insurance is available for an additional fee. page 4
15b. Return/Exchange Goods Policy: Precision Orthotic Lab of NJ, Inc. manufactures prescription foot orthoses customized to each particular patient. As such, we offer no Return/Exchange Goods Policy. However, for a period of 90 days from invoice date, we will make adjustments to arch height, orthotic width and length, and heel cup depth to enhance patient comfort.
