2015 PCAWA – ODE TECHNICAL DELEGATE ALLOCATION APPLICATION FORM

Please complete the form below advising details of ALL PCAWA EVENTING FIXTURES for ALL GRADES planned for 2015.

The Co-coordinator of Technical Delegates (Mr. Graham Scott who can be contacted on 9921 6068) will allocate a TD to your event.

TD’S must be accredited by either PCAWA and/or EWA.

The PCAWA Eventing Committee will endeavor to allocate TD’s for event dates requested. If dates requested clash with EWA events or other Club/Zone EVENTS then the second date options will be considered.

Clubs with more than one event will receive allocations for subsequent dates according to Technical Delegate availability.

Please check the EWA Calendar when organising your events to avoid a clash of dates.

An Organisers Package will be forwarded after acceptance of dates on the calendar. A full calendar of events will be posted in the Eventing section of the website.

All PCAWA Clubs running PCAWA Events with Pony Club Classes and PCAWA Open Classes must have an appointed TD. For clubs holding large events (ie more than 150 riders), preference will be given to clubs willing to engage two TD’s As from January 1st 2015, events with 250 or more competitors will not be permitted to run with only one TD.

Clubs wanting to run open 45 classes must apply to the PCAWA Eventing Committee. Applications will only be considered if anticipated low numbers of PC competitors will not make an event viable.

Please make sure you read the 2015 PCAWA Eventing Rules and Organisers pack to make sure your event is running under the most current rules.
