. It looks like SPL did not make PSS deadlines, so may not happen.

. How should we ballot the DAM: separate informative or not part of scope?

 We can ballot conceptual model separately. Not sure whether the timelines allow for this.

 Can do in parallel to keep it open, but not depend on same ballot timeline.
