Aleksandr Reznik has more than ten years experience in computing science - managing, designing and deploying computer systems. He conducted successful design and deployment of several informational systems. 2001.05 – 2002.09 Senior IT administrator in AB “Lietuvos Telekomas” Work in largest server room in Lithuania: 1. Migration of email services from UNIX to Windows platform (approx. 130000 accounts). 2. LT Telecomas Intranet server infrastructure support. Aprox. 200 servers (Compaq, HP), 3500 workstations. SAN (Compaq StorageWorks), Arcserve 2000, firewall (Checkpoint). Services supported/troubleshooted:  Active directory  Intranet Web  Vantive peoplesoft CRM  Internet Service Provider platform support. Platform was designed to offer email/WEB hosting for Telekomas clients. Platform was based on Compaq and Microsoft solutions. The platform included following solutions:  Checkpoint Firewall.  Cisco SLB.  Microsoft RADIUS.  Microsoft Certificate service  Microsoft cluster (Exchange, SQL).  Active Directory (approx. 150000 accounts)  SAN (Compaq StorageWorks).  Exchange 2000 front-end, back-end topology (biggest in Baltic Exchange 2000 system (about 150000 mail accounts).  MAPS (Microsoft Administration and Provisioning System). I also programmed real-time monitoring of platform and Exchange 2000 performance (programmed with Perl, using MRTG and RRD, perfmon and VBSCRIPT). 3. Designing and implementing live translation of reality TV show. Was implemented using Microsoft Media services. 4. Intranet and Internet WEB support (IIS 5.0), Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 application installation and support (WEB, OLAP, DTS, COM+). Migrations of Intranet web services from IIS4 to IIS5.

Was programmed with Access, Excel and VBA. 1995 –1998 personal programming and consulting by requests of different firms:  Programming of ECR (Electronic Cash Register) Server – program responsible for communicating with several ECRs via RS232 interface, PLU management and report printing (was written in MSBasic).  Report creation for accounting management system with Crystal Reports  Clients consultation in the Internet area, setup of Internet software and hardware at clients home.  Automatic generating of Dairy – was created in Corel Draw and Corel Script with a help of OLE automation.  DB2 extenders creation.
