Cancellations: • Prior to Oct, 2016 $ 250.00 PER PERSON** No replacement • After January 1, 2016 NO REFUND unless replacement is found • All cancellations will have to pay a $50 administration fee even if replacement is found- due to work for treasurer and trip leaders.

**Plus a $500 single supplement fee per person if no suitable replacement is found. Paid by the person cancelling on the trip. You will also be charged any non-refundable charges for hotels & suppliers. *No shows are non-refundable.

Please note that all cancellations must be received in writing before calculating the amount of refund due. **Penalty amounts may be partially reduced if a compatible replacement is found.

Optional trip cancellation/interruption insurance is highly recommended

Entry Requirements: All US Citizens participating in this tour program are required to have a US Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the tour. Additional Information: In case of flood or low tide the shipping company reserves the right to bridge passages with buses. In extreme cases the shipping company reserves the right to cancel the journey on short notice. No legal right shall be constituted for both situations; (water level is force majeure). The same applies for officially ordered, previously not announced, repair work on locks or bridges or in case of undeserved breakdown of engine and power unit. Please be aware the Soledo and Estello, like all other ships on the Rhone, is not only your hotel but also a machine working by engine power, even during the night. Crossing locks and bridges and preparation work might cause noises. If you are sensitive to noises, please bring your own earplugs. However, the ships will not move at night. They will be moored.
