MINUTES INDIANA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION April 27, 2006

I. CALL TO ORDER & ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM Commissioner Litten called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. in Conference Center Room C of the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 and declared a quorum, in accordance with IC § 25-34.1-2-3(b).

VII. OLD/NEW BUSINESS

A. Education Provider - Charlie Mr. Shook discussed education providers that have not been approved by the Commission.

B. Industry Day – with Promissor Mr. Rhoad informed the Commission Promissor wants to hold an industry day and that the Commission and Promissor are working on selecting a date for this event

C. Rules Update Mr. Rhoad provided an update on the various rule changes that will be taking place over the next few months.
