Accomplishments and Goals - Course SLOs and Assessment Number of active courses in your Though there are eight active courses, only one combined discipline section of 11A-30A (or 11B-30B, etc) has been offered.

This Department Chair has raised the issue with the Dean on several occasions that offering sequential courses concurrently damages the college’s integrity and is a violation of the course outline because contact hours cannot be met and course content cannot be covered.

It appears to be an insufficient use of resources to write a Unit Plan when there is no program. Unless the college is going to offer the 2 years of Chinese (without combining courses) that define a core Chinese program, then for the sake of COA’s integrity the college may want to deactivate the program.
