About two hours drive by boat starting from the town of Virpazar to the village of Karuc close to famous Karuc spring called /eyes/ The whole lake is a kind of a crypto- depression -parts of the bottom of the lake are under the sea level and from those places a fresh water springs emerges to the surface of the lake. These places are called Oka by the local people . These places are known as places where fish gathers into a large schools , especially bleak / kind of lake’s sardine / an endemic fish .

By the time we reach the village of Karuc the lunch will be ready. Fish soup and fried carp or eel would be a nice base for a glass or two of famous Montenegrin red vine Vranac. Beautiful landscape and nice position of a house where you stay for lunch will make every minute of your stay here nice and pleasant.
