Mass: 1. Sponsor/s shall provide lectors, eucharistic ministers, ushers, altar servers, offerers, collectors & prayer for faithful readers. 2. Sponsors may observe mass time. 3. Sponsor may coordinate with any of the committee members (Dory Agustin or Portia Bartonico),

Fellowship at Community Center: 1. Sponsor/s shall pick-up the community center door key from Parish Office a day before. 2. Sponsor/s shall observed cleanliness of the community center. 3. Sponsor/s may arrange the table s &chairs as they wish. 4. Sponsor/s may use the kitchen but please clean it after use. 5. Sponsor/s may ask the utensils from any of the committee members (Dinah McKnight, Cynthia Monceller & Mena Labuga). 6. Sponsor/s shall clean & throw their garbage to the dumpster. 7. Sponsor/s may lock the CC after use. 8. Internal coordination is encouraged.
