Led the deep dive statistical analysis and interpretation of Dell’s engagement survey for Dell’s HR organization, which culminated in a presentation to Dell’s Global HR Executive Leadership team.

Led several ad-hoc analyses to determine how processes such as performance management, courses such as diversity training, and initiatives such as volunteering impact engagement, resulting in presentations of findings to all stakeholders.
