Experience Criminal justice instructor and program director for the Criminal Justice program at Metropolitan Community College. Twenty in sheriff’s departments, Sixteen as Sheriff, where I was the administrator of both the sheriff’s and the adult corrections departments which allowed me total control of the budgets (cash flows of $1,500,000.00) for both departments as well as the supervision of 50 employees. In this position, I had the opportunity for public speaking, writing, research, and the development of grants.
