Directions: Pick one of the following proposals (remember you are acting on behalf of the group you researched) and come up with an opening statement telling everyone which position you support. Then you need to come up with at least 3 arguments why you picked that position. Lastly, you need to have a strong conclusion.

Proposal B: Create large land reserve for those who have lived in the forest the longest

Proposal C: Outlaw the burning or cutting of the rainforest

Proposal D: Allow citizens with legal land titles from the government to use force if necessary to protect their land claims
