RE: August Head Start Report

School started on August 17, 2015 with many changes, including expanding South City to 148 children, closing Bond Head Start and moving into a new location, Mabry Street Family Enrichment Center. The program began the school year fully staffed; however we are looking for substitute teacher/teacher assistants.

Staff are busy completing screenings (developmental and health) within the required 45 days of opening.

All centers have held their first parent meetings and elected policy council representatives.
