Daily Schedule:  Monday: 9:00 – Arrive/ check-in at the main entrance of TRBC 9:30 – Leave 10:30 – Tubing At Twin Rivers Outfitters in Buchanan *We will have a morning run, break for lunch and then do another run 5:00 – Arrive at TRO/ Unpack; Free time on site 6:00 – Get ready for dinner 6:15 – Welcome/ orientation 6:30 – Dinner 7:30 – Session 1 8:30 – Structured Free Time Options 10:30 – Devotions 11:00 – Get ready for bed 11:30 – Lights out

 Tuesday: 7:30 – Wake up/ get ready for the day 8:00 – Breakfast 8:45 – Devotions 9:30 – Track Time (Group 1 will play archery tag; Group 2 will do the zip line; Group 3 will take ATV tours of the property) 11:15 – Track Time (Group 3 will play archery tag; Group 1 will do the zip line; Group 2 will take ATV tours of the property) 12:45 – Lunch 2:00 – Track Time (Group 2 will play archery tag; Group 3 will do the zip line; Group 1 will take ATV tours of the property) 3:45 – Free time 6:00 – Dinner 7:00 – Session 2 8:30 – Group Games (including a Camp fire/ S’Mores) 10:30 – Devotions 11:00 – Get ready for bed 11:30 – Lights out

 Wednesday: 7:00 – Wake up/ get ready for the day 7:30 – Breakfast 8:15 – Session 3 9:30 – Pack/ Clean Up Camp 10:15 – Load Up/ Depart 12:00 – Return to TRBC

Packing List:  Clothing: +Casual shirts (Short sleeves. Girls - no spaghetti straps) +Casual shorts/jeans/capri’s (Girls - appropriate shorts need to be at to your fingertips when your arms are down by your sides) +Sneakers/ shoes with closed toe/ closed heels +Sleep wear +Sleeping bag/ pillow +Towel +At least two pairs of closed toed shoes. Twin Rivers Tubing requires them to get in the river.

 Personal Items: +Toiletries such as toothbrush, deodorant, etc. +Personal medication: Tylenol, allergy meds, prescriptions, etc. +Sun protection/ chapstick / Insect repellent +Bible, journal and pen +Snacks (cereal/granola bars, candy, crackers, dried fruit, etc.) +A Water Bottle you can keep with you

*Students taking prescription medication are free to take their medicine on their own. If you would like a staff person to administer it, please bring the medicine in the original container and a detailed schedule to check-in.

Electronic Devices:  Electronic devices such as Tablets, iPods and other mp3 players, personal gaming devices, etc. are not permitted on the trip.  Cell phones may be brought and can be used at appropriate times. However, please note that cell phone coverage is very limited on the property. If you bring a cell phone, the battery will likely drain quickly as a result of it searching for service. It is better to leave it at home. If you do bring it, you will want to plan to stow it away or keep it on airplane mode while we are on the property.
