A) CALL TO ORDER 1:06 pm
B) APPROVAL OF AGENDA
C) PERSONS TO BE HEARD
I) Kincaid Cardboard Sled Derby – Anc parks and rec put on event March 29th looking for students to participate and help volunteer. Design and build a sled out of cardboard. Volunteers would judge and help run event. JT has flyer and contact info if interested.
II) National Criminal Justice Month – Simona Gerdts (Alpha Phi Sigma) – Event next Wednesday evening regarding Marijuana legislation – community debate in the WWA. Flyers handed out. APS – Event regard domestic violence and sexual assault on Wed March 19th in LIB 307 6:30- 8:30. Campaign asking people in AK to take a photo with their poster and it will be advertised by No More. Door prizes will be available to those who come to event. Donations will be accepted. AK rate of domestic violence is estimated at 60%, national average is 24%. If you are interested in donating a door prize to our event please do so. Come see Simona after the meeting to get involved.
III) KRUA Public Service Announcements– Wright Franklin – PSAs can be made for free for clubs to get your word out there. Either email them and fill out the form, or come in and see them. Flyers passed out.
IV) Alumni Center Golf Tournament – Nona Gunn – April 3 6-8pm in the spine. Door prizes for best score, worst player, etc. Would like clubs to sign up and design the obstacle at each hole. They will cover cost of design up to $250.00. Sign up sheet passed around. Also would accept any clubs that want to donate any kind of prize or their time. 786-1941 call if later interest appears within your club.
D) BUDGET REPORT – $5,396 in account
E) USUAA Report – Stacey absent, JT giving summary. USUAA elections on April 8 and 9. Filling positions, application packets are due March 7th at 5pm. SU, RH, SSB will have polling stations, clubs can volunteer to run station for money. Polling from 9:30 – 7:30 pm. March 21st at 5pm is deadline to sign up to run a polling station.
F) LEADERSHIP COORDINATOR – Saewolf Awards, commencement volunteers?
G) COMMITTEE REPORTS
I) Campus Programming Board – no rep
II) Student Union & Commuter Student Services Board – not getting in contact with Lyle
III) Special Projects Fund – no meeting last friday
IV) Concert Board – no meeting last friday
V) Diversity Action Council – Anel not here, still have funds available to help fund events that are culturally related

I) Attendance Waivers
I.i) Circle K – no discussion, motion to vote. 39 yes, 2 no, 1 abstain. Approved waiver.
I.ii) Roller Derby Club – no discussion, motion to vote. 41 yes, 2 no, 1 abstain. Approved waiver.
II) Funding Requests
II.i) Human Services Club –
(II.i.1) Not present; motion was made to consider without their presence; objections were sustained.
(II.i.2) Multiple objections based on them not being here to defend themselves.
(II.i.3) Some pointed out that the still have the money to cover their event (II.i.4) Motion to vote to consider funding request. No objections.
(II.i.5) Requesting $384, motion to vote, seconded, no objections.
(II.i.6) 33 yes, 7 no, 2 abstain. $384 funding approved.
II.ii)ASL Club –
1 March 22 event for bingo 2-5 in north café, open to all.
2 Requesting funding of $212.50 for event
3 Motion to vote, seconded.
4 37 yes, 3 no, 2 abstain. $212.50 funding approved.
