A regular meeting of the Campbell County Board of Education was held on Monday, July 14, 2014, 6:00 P.M. at the Alexandria Educational Center, 51 Orchard Lane, Alexandria, Kentucky.
In attendance at the meeting were: Janis Winbigler, Chairperson Richard Mason, Vice Chairperson Gary Combs Kimber Fender Patrick Walch Glen Miller, Superintendent Garry Edmondson, Board Attorney
I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Janis Winbigler, Chairperson.
Approve Agenda 14-060 Motion by Walch, seconded by Mason, to approve the agenda as presented per the recommendation of the Superintendent.
VOTE: Winbigler-Yes; Mason-Yes; Combs-Yes; Fender-Yes; Walch-Yes. MOTION CARRIED.
Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Christi Cox, Chief Information Officer for the Campbell County School District.

Page 176 Special Needs Agreement and Contracts for Educational Services Agreements approved to include Care Tenders of Central KY for nursing care throughout the school day, Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist agreements and Community Based Work Transition Program.
Special Education ARC/Section 504 District Representatives Positions approved to implement Special Education/Section 504 legal and procedural requirements: Superintendent, Director of Special Education, and Assistant Director of Special Education, Principal, Assistant Principal and Counselor.
Northern Kentucky Cooperative for Educational Services Resolution Resolution approved indicating Campbell County Schools will be a member of the NKCES for the upcoming school year. The Superintendent will serve as the representative on the Board of Directors and the Associate Superintendent will serve as an alternate representative.
2014-15 ADA Nonresident Contract Agreement approved with Barren County for attendance purposes in accordance with State regulations and Board Policy 09.125.
Revised Salary Schedule – Transportation Director Contract Days Approved changes to extended days and index from (232 days with index of 1.84) for the Transportation Director to (240 days with index of 1.84) making the position consistent with other high level Director positions.
Declaration of Surplus – CPU’s Declares 155 CPU’s as surplus due to age and condition of equipment.
V. ADJOURN There being no further business to come before the Board, Ms. Winbigler entertained a motion to adjourn.
