Northeast Early Childhood Council is accepting applications for a 10 week People Empowering People Parent Leadership Training Make positive changes in your community to help support the needs of children and families in your community.

Dates: Thursday evenings October 9th through December 18th, 2014 Location: Putnam Family Resource, 33 Wicker Street, Putnam, CT Time: Dinner available 5:00 to 5:30 PM, Training from 5:30 to 7:30 PM
