Members and officers are reminded that if they have an interest in any item on the Agenda it should be declared as soon as possible after the commencement of the Meeting. 55: DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING The next Meeting date will be held at 6.00pm on 24th November 2016 in the Council Office with the location of a site visit to be determined by the Chair.
