CETA Film Festival Information
The following are the guidelines for submitting student films to the CETA High School Festival, 2010. Please ask students to fill out and submit the application form and $20 per film (two maximum per school) to:

GUIDELINES
1. There is no theme this year. 2. Film running time is a maximum 5 minutes. 3. Film needs title and credits (including school name). 4. Film may be in any presentation format (i.e. documentary, animation, original, fiction, music video, etc.) All music must be original or music in public domain. 5. Production crew and cast is limited to a maximum of 10 people. 6. Applications, films, and money must be postmarked by Jan 5, 2010. 7. Applications and film submission can only be taken from schools attending the CETA-South HSTF festival in January. 8. Limited to two entries per school. Only the first 25 entries received will be accepted. 9. Fees are $20 per entry (check made to CETA-South). 10. Students attending the festival must attend film workshops and film screenings on Saturday afternoon, Jan 17th. 11. Winning films will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Sunday, and we will try to show the first place film. Cash prizes are still being determined. 12. Films must reflect school appropriate guidelines. Nothing crude, rude, or disrespectful will be tolerated. 13. Films need to be on DVD format.
