Ladies and Gentlemen:

The 2017 TN Area AFG Convention is right around the corner (August 11-13, 2017).

As always, we cannot pull off this big event without a lot of volunteers.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

We are in need of volunteers to help DURING the Convention. We would greatly appreciate volunteers (as a group or individually) for the following committees:

Welcome (needs a Chairperson as well) Fundraising Room Literature Room Hospitality Room Workshops Entertainment (needs a Co- Chairperson as well) Registration Alateen

If you can't volunteer to help physically during the Convention, please consider contributing food (including home baked goods, sandwich fixings, bottled water, canned drinks, snacks, fruit, breakfast foods, coffee), paper products, plastic ware, and other items, for the Hospitality Room, or consider donating money to be used to purchase these things, as well as things like ice cream, fried chicken or pizza that will need to be purchased after we are on-site. Perhaps your group would like to accept responsibility for the Friday night meal in the Hospitality Room, or Saturday breakfast, or afternoon snacks for a particular day. There are lots of possibilities and opportunities to participate. And we appreciate participation at every level.

We will host a silent auction during the Convention. We are in need of groups to donate baskets or any other items that would be suitable for auction. Please bring these items with you to the Convention.
