Damage, theft, breakage policy and cost of repaying in full AT SEERY HOLIDAYS

I/We accept that should damage, theft or breakage howsoever be caused to the respective property I/we are staying in at Cross Pipes Common Road Goathland owned by Chris Seery courtesy of Seery Holidays, including furniture, fixtures, fittings, carpets, equipment, or any structural aspect of the property including the garage, swimming pool, grounds and gardens, I/we shall pay for the full cost of replacing the damaged or broken item on a ‘new’ for ‘old’ basis.

I/we agree to making £100 (one hundred pounds) payable to C D SEERY at least two weeks in advance of staying at Cross Pipes Common Road Goathland in order to cover the full cost of the repair, replacement, ‘making good’ or cleaning the damage or breakage of furniture, fixtures, fittings, carpets, equipment, or any structural aspect of the property including the garage, swimming pool, grounds and gardens. The £100 (one hundred pounds) will be returned to me/us in full should the property I/we have stayed in at Cross Pipes be left in the same condition we found it on arrival of my/our stay at Cross Pipes as per the Terms outlined on the website of Seery Holidays which can be found at www.seeryholidays.co.uk which I/we and my/our party have read, understood and accept.

An inspection and assessment of the condition of the property including furniture, fixtures, fittings, carpets, equipment, or any structural aspect of the property including the garage, swimming pool, grounds and gardens will be made immediately after my/our stay at Cross Pipes.

Should the damage to such an item be repairable and does not require replacing the cost of the repair or cost incurred of ‘making good’ which includes cleaning, will be charged. If this does not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds) the balance up to £100 (one hundred pounds) will be paid to me/us by Chris Seery as soon as the item is repaired or ‘made good’

If the cost of the repair, replacement, ‘making good’ or cleaning the damage or breakage of furniture, fixtures, fittings, carpets, equipment, or any structural aspect of the property including the garage, swimming pool, grounds and gardens, exceeds £100 (one hundred pounds) I/we accept and I/we agree that I/we have to pay in full immediately on request of asking, the additional amount to cover the full cost of repair, replacement, ‘making good’ or cleaning the damage howsoever caused.

I/we accept that the above conditions apply to all guests in my/our party and the responsibility for settling the full cost of repair, replacement, ‘making good’ or cleaning the damage or breakage is entirely my/our responsibility.

Signed:______CONDITIONS TO USE CROSS PIPES SWIMMING POOL AT SEERY HOLIDAYS

I/We agree to abide by the following conditions as outlined by Chris Seery of Seery Holidays in respect of using the outdoor swimming pool.

I/We will ensure that at no time whatsoever will any child aged 16 or below, or anyone unable to swim within the guests party will be left unsupervised in or around the swimming pool.

I/We accept that the individual responsible for supervising all children aged 16 or below and all non swimmers shall be a competent swimmer in their own right.

I/We accept that no member of the guest party will be allowed to use the pool whilst under the influence of alcohol and/or having eaten a heavy meal prior to using the pool.

I/We accept that no glass is allowed in or around the pool.

I/We accept that no diving is allowed.

I/We accept that the entrance gate must be secured at all times with no children aged 16 or below or non swimmers of any age left unattended at any time around the pool area.

I/We accept that the swimming pool must be maintained at all time, e.g. debris removed, pool covered entirely using the pool cover at all times when not in use, i.e. overnight etc.

I/We accept that the controls for the pool may only be operated by Chris Seery or bona fide representatives of Seery Holidays.

I/We agree to ensure that every member of the guest party is aware of these conditions and adheres fully to the noted conditions.
