The North Star Chapter of the Appraisal Institute presents… 16th Annual Real Estate Trends Seminar May 8, 2014 Fantastic Speakers – Fantastic Topics Fantastic Seminar!!

This seminar offers an update of local real estate trends and issues for 2014 that will appeal to all appraisers and real estate professionals. It provides both residential and commercial topics concurrently in the morning and a general session of timely topics in the afternoon. Each session will be led by top professionals in the field of real estate.

The Morning Residential Session will include the following presentations:  "Residential Trends - MLS Efficiency & Statistics" – Zoe Liston - ZCL Appraisals/Bjorklund Realty  "AMC's" – Tony Pistilli - Axious Valuation Services  “The New AQM (Appraiser Quality Monitoring Policy” – Alan Hummel, SRA - Forsythe Appraisals

The Morning Commercial Session will include the following presentations:  "Capital Market Trends" – Murray Kornberg - CBRE Market  "Office Trends" - John McCarthy and "Market Trends” – Eric Bjelland - Cushman Wakefield/NorthMarq  "Retail & Mixed-Use Development Trends" - John Hohenstein - City of Eagan, Director of Community Development

The Combined Afternoon Session will include the following presentations:  "Metro Transit LRT & Its Impact on Surrounding Areas” – Mark Fuhrmann – Metro Transit  ”Demographic Trends" – Andi Egbert - Research Analyst, MN State Demographer Office  “Downtown East Re-Development"– Rick Collins, Ryan Companies

When you register, you will be asked to choose either the morning Residential Session or the morning Commercial Session.

The afternoon General Session is a combined session for all registrants.

Tuition includes seminar, handouts, refreshment breaks, and lunch.
