Oil Burner & Air Conditioning Contract First we give you a pre-season Burner tune-up, clean and adjust Air Conditioning equipment for maximum efficiency. Once we have the system in proper operating condition, we will repair or replace any part listed below*, within 24hr On- Call basis. Excluding Taxes.

Transformer or Igniter Fan Motor Condenser fan motor Burner Shaft Coupling Fuel Oil Pump Electrodes & Leads Nozzle (Limit One) Primary Relay Oil Pump Strainer (Limit One) Capacitors Burner Motor Circulator Relay (Max. $75.00) Transformers Pressure Controls Oil Filter Cartridge (Limit One) Contractor Cad Cell & Holder Thermostat (non electronic) Above Ground – 275gallon oil tank ($100.00 Allowance & 90 day wait period)

Parts excluded from this contract: Domestic Hot Water Equipment, Steam Valves, Feed & Relief Valves, Multi- Purpose Controls, Zone Valve, Draft Regulator, Chimney Cleaning and Smoke Pipe, Humidifiers, filters, electronic air filters, condensate pumps, clock and microelectronic thermostates, dampers, aluminum condenser and circuit boards.

Subject to the following Conditions: 1. Customer agrees to purchase Heating Oil from Suburban Fuel Company only during the term of this agreement. 2. Customer must pay for filter, nozzle, and strainer for first time on a new contract. 3. We reserve the right to inspect the equipment covered before accepting this agreement. 4. This agreement is void if the buyer permits any person(s) other than our employee(s) to render service to the equipment except as instructed by us. 5. This agreement is applicable only when the central air conditioning system is an integral part of the oil fired forced warm air heating system. The compressor will be replaced at no charge when covered by manufacturer’s 5-year warranty. There will be a charge for compressor and installation if compressor is out of warranty. 6. This agreement does not cover parts damaged by water, fire, act of God, accident, tampering or abuse. 7. Our obligation to furnish any parts and fuels is subject to their availability through normal sources of supply. 8. *This agreement includes only repair and replacement of parts specifically listed which become defective due to normal wear (not including sales tax or environmental fee). 9. This agreement does not cover liability for injury or damage resulting from defects in, or the operation or non- operation of customer’s burner or its appurtenances or any other equipment, nor does it cover liability for loss or damage resulting from delay or failure to perform hereunder due wholly or partially to labor disturbances, fires, lack of material, governmental regulations, or any causes beyond our control. 10. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties hereto and there are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations other than printed herein. 11. This contract does not cover oil run outs, if you are not an automatic customer or an automatic customer on hold for payment. 12. This contract does not cover bleeding radiators, or frozen oil lines or chimney problems. 13. This contract does not cover wall switches, breakers, or electrical supply that is turned off.

This Service Contract cancels all prior agreements relating to burner service. Work to be scheduled and performed by SFC Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC.
