Rockland Community Foundation Welcomes Sabrina E. Greco To Its Board Of Directors

Rockland County, NY - The Rockland Community Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Sabrina E. Greco to its Board of Directors.

A lifelong Rockland County resident, Sabrina is currently the Director of Operations/Constituent Service Coordinator for the Town of Clarkstown. She assists Supervisor Alexander J. Gromack in all aspects of the governmental process and, among other responsibilities, ensures constituent matters and concerns are thoroughly investigated and followed-up.

In addition to her work in the government sector, Sabrina has a long record of community service. She is currently on the Leadership Rockland Board of Directors, a member of the Forty Under 40 Selection Committee and a member of the Hispanic Advisory Committee for Congresswoman Nita Lowey.

"We are so pleased to have Sabrina as the newest member of our Board of Directors," says President Patrick Byrne. "Her record of community service is a testament to her commitment to the people of Rockland County. The Rockland Community Foundation will benefit tremendously from her passion and dedication to social causes."

"I am humbled and honored to join the Rockland Community Foundation Board," says Sabrina. "I have always found it rewarding to work shoulder-to-shoulder with people who understand the importance of community service for the betterment of our residents and neighbors. This Board will give me the opportunity to continue that effort with collaboration with respected community leaders who share a similar passion."

1 About the Rockland Community Foundation The Rockland Community Foundation is committed to improving the quality of life for all people in Rockland County by increasing charitable giving. Its mission is to connect people and businesses with the causes that matter most to them through the creation of funds, across a wide range of interests, that donors create and the Foundation stewards. A registered, tax- exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, it is governed by a local Board of Directors and an Advisory Board comprised of community leaders from both public and private sectors.

Community foundations put philanthropy within reach, offering the ability to establish funds that will continue to give for years to come, with tax benefits that donors can take advantage of now. Most importantly, the funds stay in the community, which means donors will see the impact of their contributions in the place they call home.
