Board of Trustees Etoy Pili Develop theme, logo and mascot for the Green and white rabbit was suggested to be the homecoming mascot.
Board of Trustees to produce other ideas for discussion during the next meeting.
Program Rico Gonzales Develop plan of activities during the homecoming Refer to Tables 2 and 3 for the draft program of celebrations including but not limited to, activities. entertainment, games, drawing of raffle/door prizes
Finance Noel Ama Manage and account for the finances for the activities
Secretariat Liza Cardeno 1. Take charge of the registration of attendees and Registration tents and counters to be set up along other documentations, including photos & the main driveway leading to the school campus. Set videos; Develop guidelines on the registration of laptops and printers will be used to facilitate process process, including voting for the new set of officers. 2. Registration starts at 4pm. Registration fee of P 100 will be collected. Master list of graduates can be used at the 3. Secure necessary permits from LGU/Barangay Estimated number of attendees is 1000-1200
Exhibits Ernani Guamen Develop exhibits to remind attendees of their high Draft concept was presented; High school photos to school years be digitally scanned, laid out & printed on tarps (8’x4’) to be mounted/placed in strategic locations in the venue; Each tarp will cover a decade (or 2 tarps max per decade) Need to collect as much photos as possible
Fund Raising Rico Gonzales Provide funds to support the requirements of the Fund raising will be done thru solicitations for the activities. souvenir program. Refer to “Souvenir Programs and other Merchandises”. Solicitation letter and sponsorship contract were prepared already and ready for distribution. Potential sponsors had been selected. Draft letter for overseas alumni completed and will be posted thru the alumni site.
Foods and Drinks Edith Asido* 1. Search for LSEI Search and award outstanding alumni; set criteria; Search for outstanding alumni was cancelled. The listing shall just be shown during the course of the event. The fields can be as follows: 1. Education 2. Government Service (including foreign service) 3. Health and Medicine 4. Sports and Athletics Nominees to be included in the list need to be generated.
