This will include good project briefs, ensuring the provision of timely Pre Construction Information throughout the project, timely appointments of Designers and Contractors, due consideration being given to start on site and the welfare required and a sensible approach to the requirements of Health and Safety Files. A realistic approach to the money, time and other resources available to achieve a good Health and Safety outcome is expected. Submissions from third parties are encouraged but must include endorsement from the Client themselves.
