Delran Soccer Club February 2015 Meeting Minutes

Meeting Called to order at 8:03 pm

1. No more transfers 2. Season pushed back another week

Snack Bar: The snack bar will be run again by Patrick Stewart. It was be open for the PDP program on Saturday mornings… Please be sure if your team is scheduled for the snack bar you or a parent are their to man it…

Fields : Vermes Fields are in the best shape in years. We attribute that to moving the goals and practicing off the playing surfaces. We will be purchasing another set of large goals. All practices will be at Deutsch Field and games will be played at Vermes.. All coaches must practice on their practice nights. Do not show up on an off night and take space from another team. PLEASE EMAIL GEORGE THE NIGHTS YOUR TEAM WOULD LIKE TO PRACTICE.

PDP Program: Registration is up and running on the DSC website.. There are many people registering. Was going to start March 7th, but due to weather the start date will be Saturday, March 21 at Vermes. .

Try Outs: Tryouts will be helds – April 25 and 26 and May 2 and 3 at Deutsch Field. They will begin at 8:00 am.. Each tryout will be an 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Older teams will begin in the am followed by the younger teams. The U-9 tryout will be moved to another date due to first holy communion. Mike Weaver will follow up with his team regarding that date.

Schedule of Fines: Coaches, Board Members, and ALL others associated with the Delran Soccer Club will be fined if meetings are not attended.
