General Vendor Requirements and Information

Vendor Acceptance: All vendors must provide a complete list of products and description or photo of your products or services along with a complete application and full payment of fee.

Electrical requirements: Please let us know your lighting/electrical requirements on application. You must supply your own extension cord, 100’ is recommended. We will not allow cords with frayed coating or patched splicing, etc. All lighting fixtures must be enclosed as manufactured, so that no socket is exposed to the elements. Save yourself the time and effort and please bring the right cord and lighting. If you have any electrical need for more than basic lighting, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. (Additional charges may apply.)

Food Vendors: You must have a Food Worker Card and a Temporary Food Establishment Permit. This can be found at: http://www.tpchd.org/food/temporary-food-establishment/ you will not be allowed to participate at the festival if you do not have these permits. Thank you! Please include a full menu. CRPF reserves the right to restrict certain entrees and beverages due to duplication or contractual exclusivity in the case of sponsorships.

No Refund Policy: An accepted application is a commitment to show. No refunds will be made for cancellation, rain, or any other reason.

Objectionable Material or Activity: The Dickens Festival is a family event. We reserve the right to disallow any activity or objectionable material from being displayed, sold, or distributed in any manner. Music must not project from your booth space. Your booth is inside an entertainment space.

Manning Booth: You are required to have your booth manned during Festival hours. Tearing down early is not permitted, unless previously approved by DICKENS Personnel. Tear-down occurs at 6:00 PM and vendors are expected to dismantle their booths and be out of the Showroom by 6PM.

Liability: The Stadium Historic Business Association and the Dickens Festival planning team accept no responsibility for damages, theft, injury, or loss of earnings from any activity you participate in during the festival. You are also responsible for your equipment, and in the securing of it so that no injury would be caused to others.

Payment Information: Accepted forms of payment are by cash or check. Vendors are confirmed as accepted when DICKENS FESTIVAL has received full payment of fee. Payment made by check must be received at the Dickens Festival office no later than November 15, 2015.. Checks will not be accepted after this date. Do not mail cash. Checks or money orders must be made payable to: Dickens Festival (SHDBA)
