COMPETITION AND PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance

I agree and undertake that I shall be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions for entry to the

”DANONE Kids Reporter” (“the Competition”). That in the event that I fail to comply with the terms and conditions of entry for any reason that my entry shall not be eligible and shall be disqualified from the Competition.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. In order to be able to enter the Competition and to be eligible to comply with the terms and conditions of entry. It is a condition that the person must be between the ages of 10 (ten) years old and 15 (fifteen) years old. Any person(s) older than 15 (fifteen) years or younger than 10 (ten) years will be disqualified. 2. Any person who is an employee of e.tv (Proprietary) Limited, e.sat tv (Proprietary) Limited, and DANONE South Africa (Propriety) Limited and/or any other agent, promoter and/or other person connected with the Competition and/or a member of their family shall not be allowed to enter the Competition and shall be ineligible to participate. If any such person should enter then they will be automatically disqualified. 3. DANONE shall be entitled at its sole discretion to declare that any entry is not to be entered for the Competition and is disqualified (whether or not the answer is correct.) In such event no party stated above shall be obliged to inform the person who has entered of their disqualification nor shall it be obliged to provide a reason for its decision. 4. All decisions of DANONE shall be final and DANONE shall not enter into any correspondence, dialogue and/or otherwise with any person regarding any aspect of the Competition. 5. DANONE may at its sole discretion decide that any entry is not eligible due to the nature of the content of the entry and may disqualify a person from the Competition.

Prize(s) and Duration of Competition 6. The Prize is a fully paid travel package to travel with the team that is representing South Africa in the Danone Nations Cup World Finals taking place in Warsaw, Poland, from 7 September 2012 until the 9 September 2012. Departure from South Africa will be on the 5 September and landing back in South Africa on 11 September (Danone South Africa reserve the right to make minor changes to the travelling dates). All expenses will be paid by Danone South Africa including, airfare, accommodation, all meals, certain clothing, limited expenses as well as limited pocket money. 7. The Competition starts on Tuesday 19 June 2012 and ends on 29 June 2012. All entries must be received by midnight on the 29 June 2012. All entries received and/or made after that time shall not be eligible to be entered into the Competition and shall be disqualified. There may be a charge incurred even though the entry is not accepted as valid.

Cost and Method of Entry

8. By text message in English to 43722 answering the question “Where do the DANONE Nations Cup World Finals Take place in 2012?” 9. Each SMS entry shall cost R1,50 (one Rand and fifty cents). All costs incurred by you to the entry are your personal responsibility. There are no refunds for any entries which are received by DANONE which are ineligible and/or after the deadline. Only the following methods of entry to the Competition will be accepted by DANONE SMS 10. There is no limit to the number entries that will be accepted by DANONE from each telephone or telephone number. No acknowledgement of the entry will be provided by DANONE. A charge may still be incurred for an entry which is ineligible and disqualified. 11. All persons who enter by telephone and/or mobile must have the permission of the person in whose name the telephone and/or mobile held and/or pays the bill. 12. No acknowledgement of the entry will be provided by DANONE.

Prize Winners

13. The prize will be awarded by lucky draw at random as selected by Danone by 2 July 2012 from all eligible entrants who have provided the correct answer. 14. There shall be no independent supervision of the Competition and all decisions are at the sole discretion of DANONE 15. The winner will be notified by telephone call within 12 hours unless DANONE decides at its sole discretion that the timescale for notification needs to be extended for any reason. 16. Should DANONE be unable to get hold of the winner(s) within the 12 hour period, the prize(s) is forfeited and DANONE shall draw another winner. 17. The prize can only be awarded and/or taken by the person whose name is provided at the time of entry to the Competition. There is no cash available as an alternative to any prize, nor is DANONE obliged to exchange and/or transfer any prize to another person.

Changes to Terms and Conditions of Entry and Prizes

18. DANONE reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw and/or substitute any prize at anytime for any reason. e.tv may replace and/or substitute any prize with any products, goods, services and/or cash which it decides is appropriate in the circumstances. 19. DANONE may at any time decide to change, cancel, amend, vary, delete, add to and/or otherwise alter the terms and conditions of entry, the prizes and/or any other part of the Competition. DANONE shall not be required to send separate notification to each person who has and/or may enter the Competition. It shall be sufficient that details shall be available on DANONE SA’s website www.danone.co.za and on Danone’s facebook page dncsouthafrica.

Force Majeure and Law 20. Where for any reason beyond the reasonable control of DANONE the Competition cannot be carried out and/or completed as planned and/or advertised. Then DANONE reserves the right to cancel the Competition at anytime and in such event shall not be liable to any person for any reason who may have entered the Competition. 24. The terms and conditions of this Competition shall be subject to the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Publicity

25. All entrants agree that their names shall be broadcast by e.tv on Tuesday 3 July 2012 within “Sunrise” between 06:00 – 08:00 and profiled in other media (print and electronic) as set up by DANONE
