Final Progress Report

As per the RAC Guidelines, a Final Progress Report must be submitted within 45 days from the end date of the award. Submission of a final report will be essential for consideration for any further funding from the RAC. This final report should include:

1. Summary of Progress (1-2 paragraphs)

2. Summary of expenditures drawn on grant. (A copy of My Report FOROLDS operating ledger detail and summary report is required.)

3. Publications arising from the awarded research (including meeting abstracts) (Authors, Year, Title, Journal, Pages)

4. Grant applications submitted, either pending, awarded or unfunded, and/or immediate plans for grant applications. Please indicate Title, Grant Source (NIH, NSF, etc), dates of award as proposed, award amount and a one sentence summary how this grant proposal was developed from your RAC award.
