Tickets are enclosed for the tournament game you are hosting. Please record the first number on the rolls of tickets you received.

Ticket Prices:Adults- $6.00 Students- $4.00

Please fill out the half sheet that is in the packet with the tickets and send it back to me along with the tickets: Bill Hanna 350 Mohawk Drive Ottawa, Ohio 45875 When sending the tickets please place a piece of tape on the last ticket of the remaining tickets.

Financial Reports can be found on the Northwest website under Forms and Downloads www.nwdab.org The reports have yellow highlighted areas. These areas need to be completed by the manager. The blue highlighted areas have drop boxes.(Sport, Gender, Division, Ticket Type & Color) Please fill out the ticket section on the Worksheet completely and the totals will carry over to the report page. (Adult, Student, Color, Start #. Ending #) The only individuals you will list on the report are the Officials. District Managers will find a short version of the financial report on the NW Website

Officials receive mileage if it is more than 50 miles one way to the site.
