Is the “Currituck Sound to Knotts Island” ferry the same as the Knotts Island Ferry in G.S. 136-82? In the same vein, is the “Ocracoke to Hatteras” ferry the same as the Ocracoke/Hatteras ferry?

In the History Note, why are you citing to G.S. 143B-10(j)?

On line 5, there is a strike through in the d in “and.” Please remove it.

Delete the blank lines on line 22, page 1 and lines 20, 26, 32, page 2, and line 1, page 3.

In (d), line 15, insert a “the” before “pass owner.”

In (d), line 33, there appears to be extra spaces between the hyphen in “Southport-Fort Fisher.” Please remove the spaces.

On page 3, line 2, should it be “Site Specific Pass for the Cherry Branch - Minnesott Beach Ferry”?

In the History Note, why are you citing to G.S. 143B-10(j)?
