28th Annual Haddon Township Block Party Saturday, September 23th, 2017 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM

The 28th Annual Haddon Township Block Party will be held at Crystal Lake Ave. and West Park

Boulevard in Haddon Township (on the street) from 12 noon to 6:00 PM. We have a full schedule of free entertainment during the Block Party. We advertise in all the surrounding communities and will be submitting to The Retrospect, What’s On Haddon Township/Collingswood, Courier Post,

PATCO, Channel 19 and our Township website.

Exhibits are open to all area artist, craftsman, civic organizations and businesses. All general rules apply to the Block Party.

Booth spaces are 10’ deep by 10’ wide, outdoors. Spaces are reserved upon receipt of reservation fee on a first come/first served basis. Each 10 x 10 space is $50 for the day. Civic

Organizations/Non-Profits are free as long as the organization is not selling merchandise to raise funds. All exhibitors are expected to set up prior to the opening of the block party and remain open until the event is over at 6:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: RAIN DATE IS SET FOR SUNDAY,

Sept. 25th, 2016.

Sales tax collection and payment to the state of NJ is the exhibitor’s responsibility.

ENTRY DEADLINE: September 16th, 2016.

Our booths are measured exactly 10’ X 10’ to fit out streets, if your booth does not fit into this size, we can make special arrangements, but this must be done at the time of reservation. All vendors are responsible for their own tent, tables and chairs. No cancellation refunds after

September 16th, 2016. All vendors will be notified by e-mail the morning of the event in case of inclement weather.

The Haddon Township Civic Celebration Committee and the Township of Haddon of liability for any damages beyond due care, including claims for loss, damage, or injury. I understand I am responsible for insurance on my merchandise and equipment at my own expense. I understand this is to include public liability. I agree to abide by the General Rules set forth and assume responsibility for installing my booth.
