Requesting andA Self-Sustaining Viewing Procedures Collaborative Using Schooldude

Requests 1. The Steps to making a room request are in the link titled Guide to Room Request. 2. Requests on Schooldude are for after school hours only. Day time use of the school buildings (Sept. through June) is scheduled through the school principals. NOTE: HS PAC is scheduled through the HS Principal and the Theatre Manager. Day time use of the BRMS Auditorium goes through the BRMS Principal. The forms and instructions are attached. Any summer requests are scheduled through the CDA Office as space and times are limited. 3. All requests must be submitted on our web based program, Schooldude. Access to the web site is www.myschoolbuilding.com. There are no exceptions. If you have trouble accessing the program, call Ms. Witman, CDA Schedule Coordinator at 324-3998 ext.1202. 4. Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to event or use. a. If less than 7 days from the event, request will be denied. b. If the request is an emergency - the requester should contact their Building Principal or District Supervisor with the request. The Building Principal or District Supervisor must then notify their head custodian for custodial operations and Rick Pina, for Security to make sure adequate support is in place before they approve the request. c. Please note: This is not a recommended practice as it circumvents procedures that are in place for the safety and security of children and adults using our facilities after hours; interferes with or interrupts established custodial and maintenance duties and responsibilities; and puts our assets at risk. 5. When completing the information in Schooldude, please pay particular attention to filling in the number Adults and Children, the number of parking spaces needed and detailed event set-up information. 6. Scheduling Coordinator evaluates all requests for activation or rejection. 7. After activation of the request, an email notification is sent to the requester. Be sure your email address is correct. 8. If you do not receive notification after 7 working days from the submission, contact Marge Witman ([email protected]). 9. Once activated, the request immediately appears on the calendar which is available for all prospective and current requestors.

Viewing District Calendar The steps to viewing the district calendar are attached. Everyone will be able to view the district calendar and be current with scheduled activities in our buildings and on our fields.
