Condor Ferries launches new television campaign

The benefits of travelling to Jersey by ferry will be revealed to television audiences across the South from tomorrow as Condor Ferries launches its new television advertising campaign. Created and funded in partnership with Jersey Tourism, the four-week campaign aims to highlight how easy it is to take a car ferry to this beautiful island destination. It’s also the first time that the two organisations have worked together on television advertising,

The warmest place in the British Isles, Jersey is ideal for holidaymakers seeking a summer escape without the need for long-haul flights. Condor Ferries’ and Jersey Tourism’s advertising will run side by side where possible, giving viewers across the South and South West a double take on the holiday potential of the Channel Islands.

Justin Amey, Marketing Manager at Condor Ferries, commented: “We’re really pleased to be showcasing all that Jersey has to offer in our new summer campaign. Only four hours on the ferry takes you to a fantastic summer holiday destination, and by taking your own car you can pack everything you need to make the most of your well-earned break. We’re impressed with the look of the new adverts and are sure they will be well-received by viewers across our target region.”

Simon Le Huray, Marketing Manager at Jersey Tourism, added: “Summer is obviously a key period for our business and we are delighted to be working alongside Condor Ferries to promote Jersey as an ideal holiday destination. We’re just a short journey from the UK mainland, but offer visitors a location that feels miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We look forward to seeing the fruits of our labour on screen over the coming weeks.”

The four-week campaign begins today (Friday 17 June) at 20.55 on ITV.
