Overview The following table contains the list of known issues for the Import Compliance application.

1 7189 Invoice Module FDA PN Page - too 'picky' about phone/fax numbers. The only accepted format is (xxx) xxx- xxxx.

2 7294 Invoice Module Need the ability to input House Bills of Lading on the BL/PAPS/SCN Tab (from Step 2).

3 7306 Invoice Module Many of the fields on the FDA and Prior Notice pages should be defaulted from previously- entered data on the Invoice: Container Number, Arrival Date, Export Country. Also, it would be helpful to show the Manufacturer from Step 3 as the 'Default' value for FDA Manufacturer, and tie the Registration Number from Party Other to it as an additional default.

4 7188 Invoice Module Need a Prior Notice button on the FDA Quantities/UOMs sub-tab. This would alleviate the need for the user to go BACK to the FDA Page after entering the Qtys and UOMs.

5 7310 Invoice Module When a 'Port of Unlading' is entered (on the IT Tab) and it differs from the 'Release Point' on Step 1, user needs to be warned that an IT Number will be required for clearance. Allow the user to continue, and to Submit, but advise that the Customs Entry may not be accepted without an IT Number (Note: It won't be sent to Customs if the Brokerage system is Alliance/Kewill Customs).

6 7173 Invoice Module In contradiction to the functionality in the rest of the Invoice Steps, the FDA Page (accessed from Step 3) doesn't appear to 'SAVE' when you move off of the Page.

7 7307 Invoice Module Part Number cannot be replaced on an existing Invoice Line. The line needs to be deleted and a new one created with the correct Part Number.

8 7304 Invoice Module Freight to border charge is required. However, not all invoices have Freight included.

9 7308 Invoice Module The Search widget for the FDA Production Country does not roll up the searched for country if only one match is found.

10 7285 Invoice Module Entry No Maintenance -> Broker Filer allows Multiple Filer Codes be chosen as 'default'.

11 7345 Invoice Module Default Charges related parties are not getting loaded from the Importer setup when an Electronic Invoice is uploaded.

12 7375 Invoice Module Monetary values need to be expressed with correct decimal positions.

13 7526 Invoice Module UNELOC Port Codes need to be converted to Schedule D/K codes when an Invoice gets extracted.

14 7515 Invoice Module In certain cases Grouped Invoices get assigned with different Entry Numbers.

15 7532 Invoice Module The correct listing of ‘Active’ Invoices is not shown on the Invoice Search page.

16 7348 Invoice Module Invoice Upload Error Notification has an invalid Menu Option for viewing the Errors.

17 7546 Invoice Module Copy from Template function does not copy all the required copy fields.

18 7579 Invoice Module Invoice Upload Error Notification has incorrect message on where a file is backed up upon upload errors.

23 7779 Invoice Module FDA page on Invoice Edit screens shows the wrong parties.

24 7641 Invoice Module Auto-submit feature fails to ‘lock’ invoice from further submission.

25 6762 Invoice PDF Invoice Documents do not print if key pieces of Documents data are missing in the Invoice record.

26 7157 Parties Module If the User inputs the file path directly into the upload file chooser field, the program cannot read the file it creates.

27 7481 Parties Module An Importer can be saved without assigning any Release Types. This results in no Release Types available when an Invoice is created for the Importer.

28 7538 Parties Module Manufacturer’s FDA Registration Number needs to be validated.

29 7172 Parts Maintenance Search for Tariff by Description, from Parts Maintenance is case-sensitive.

30 7295 Parts Maintenance FDA Details are not being defaulted from the FDA Template on Manufacturer/Supplier party.

31 6968 Parts Maintenance Assigned Tariff Number 8438500010 to a part and saved record. Message came up ' – FDA Form 701 is required.' Deleted the Tariff Number and input Tariff Number 8483204040 and saved record. Message came up ' - FDA Form 701 is required.' showing the previously-used Tariff Number.

32 7511 Parts Maintenance Unable to save FDA on Part

33 7520 Parts Maintenance Tariff Replacement over-writes date stamps on old Notes.

34 6767 Security Module The Error Reporting Page appears and submits EMail to System Admin when User fails to input a Tariff Number and navigates off of the page. This action should only generate an "interactive" error message (like a pop-up), not an email to the System Admin.

35 7091 Security Module In "Manage Users," if a Role is deleted from the list, they all 'go away'.

36 7443 Tariff Module Need some sort of notification for Tariff Uploads. This activity is in the roadmap and scheduled for Release 2.2.

37 7524 Tariff Module Tariff Upload does not handle words in quotes properly.
