CRITERIA FOR NOMINATIONS: To nominate a person for a Community Award you must complete the information listed below and present a typed or legibly written letter of nomination listing the qualifying reasons why that person should be selected to receive that particular award. Winners of all awards are based on their qualification as presented by the nominating person and not by the number of nominations received. Selection of the winners will be by a non-partisan committee selected from the community. This form and letter of nomination must be received by the Chamber no later than Friday, January 12, 2018. Each award winner will receive 1-ticket to the banquet free of charge.
