Dear AP Students and Parents/Guardians:

Taking an AP exam at the end of the academic year can not only qualify a student to receive college credit for that course, but it also shows the colleges that students are following through with the academic rigor of that course. We understand that students who take one or multiple AP Courses may struggle with the financial aspect of covering the costs of those May exams.

In an effort to further support our AP program and students, we will be offering a payment plan option to assist with the financial responsibilities of paying for the AP Exams for the 2016-17 academic school year. We understand paying for multiple tests can be financially prohibitive if all of the money is due at one time and we want to make sure that every student has the opportunity to take all AP exams.

This year, AP Exams will be taken May 1- May 12, 2017. The cost for each AP exam is approximately $93 and students who are on the Free/Reduced Lunch Program pay $5 per exam.

Official exam registration begins on or around March 2017, but payments of any amount can be made in advance at the student store. Payments need to be in cash form and the student’s name and amount paid will be recorded and used toward the full payment due at registration in or around March 2017.

AP PARTIAL PAYMENT (for May 2017 Exams)

Please turn in this bottom portion and turn in with your first cash partial payment to the student store. You may make additional payments at anytime and they will keep record of your name and how much you have paid towards your AP Exams, but please keep your receipts. Your total amount pre-paid will be used towards your total registration fees due in or around March 2017.
