***REGIONAL COMMITTEE - RCM – Tracey RCM2 – Adam Next Meeting Date: May 21st Time: 10am and on… Next Meeting Location: 1212 Mariposa Denver Co NOTES: See report sent to Boulder Web (emailed to secretary) - Secretary and treasurer terms to coincide with chair and vice chair terms now - Treasurer will now be single point of contact for storage unit (Greg G. from Boulder) - Elections (see region website?) - Looking for new place to hold regional meetings b/c don’t like current spot and may be required to move by owners; ad hoc committee exploring new options - Derek makes campout announcement; presume this information is available on flyers and on internet - CRCNA budget o Much discussion about naming of line items (will now label them correctly) - Lakeside event tickets now available o Friday June 30th o $15 for park entry, $10 for meal, please bring side dishes o Contact Morgan S in Denver to get more tickets - Early CRCNA registration pricing ends after Lakeside event
