LIHEAP PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT STAKEHOLDER TOOL

This tool will assist in correctly identifying the people that should be engaged when implementing LIHEAP Performance Measurements to ensure all those who will be impacted by this change are included.

The best people to complete this task are those directly impacted, or representatives of those impacted.

In order to correctly identify stakeholders, you need to identify the people who are essential in implementing performance measurements because:

 They are directly impacted by it and must buy into it.  They must work differently because of it.  They must learn new skills or behaviors in order to make the implementation successful.  They must approve implementation.

The attached template assists with:

 Successfully identifying all necessary stakeholders.  Estimating the degree of impact the stakeholder may have.  Listing why the stakeholder would be supportive or resistant.  Identifying ways to increase stakeholder support and contribution.  Determining if the stakeholder has to approve the decision.
