 Called the meeting to order  Welcomed the 8th Grade Parents who were attending  Reported on two things needing to be accomplished over the summer: 1. Ideas and help to decorate new teacher’s lounge with our soccer memorabilia. Must be put in shadow boxes. 2. Ideas and help to decorate our soccer board in the field house.  Stressed importance of parents being involved in the booster club.

Vice President: Machelle Dungey

 Briefly explained the LEF scholarship program to the 8th grade parents.  Gave details on the End of the Year Banquet being held May 18th.

Treasurer – John Martin

 Beginning Balance for April: $28,715.98 Ending Balance was: $20,310.69 Approved and filed for audit  Presented proposed budget which will include expenses for a better end of year banquet, funding for Varsity Alumni Game, an increase in membership cost of $25 for regular (from $75 to $100) and $25 for buyout (from $175 to $200) which should produce $1000 increase, there will be a need for more Senior banners and scholarships due to the number of Seniors and funding of new bench covers, If approved we would end the 2014 season with approx.. $11,400.  Motion to adopt the proposed budget made by Alyson Bumpass, seconded by Mary Mrozek. All in favor, no neighs. Motion carried.

Concessions – Susan Kelly

 Sold out food inventory at the Middle School Soccer games. Thanked all who had volunteered for those games.

Coach Doyle –

 We’ve been approved to have two paid assistants. Coach Muse working on obtaining a teaching position but we may have to bring in coaches from other schools.  Would like to replace the bench covers which would then only be used by Boys Soccer.  Banquet dress code will be khaki pants, collared shirt, no sneakers. Boys can also dress up more.  Summer camps in June and July can be worked for hours for NHS. See Coach if interested.  Needs more detergent for washing of practice jerseys. New Business: None

Books were audited tonight by Al Dombroski, Catherine Renfro and David Satterla.
