Wilson Elementary Cookie Dough Order Pick-up
Date: Thursday, October 26, 2017
Time*: We will be open for pick-up from 1:00 pm-6:00 pm. Suggested pick-up times are: Kindergarten 1:50 pm 1st-3rd 2:15 pm 4th-5th 3:00 pm ASES/GirlStart 5:30 pm All orders must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
Who: Adults must help with orders of 3 or more tubs. Students that sold 1–2 tubs will be allowed to walk home with their order.
Thank you for your help with this fundraiser! Go dolphins! * Pick up will be in Room 38 (in the building next to the cafeteria). Remember to put the cookie dough in the freezer when you get home! Wilson Elementary Recojan sus Órdenes de Masa de Galletas

Tiempo*: Estaremos abiertos para la distribución a partir de la 1:00 de la tarde-6: 00 de la noche. Horas de recogida que se sugieren son: Kindergarten 1:50 p.m. 1ro-3ro 2:10 p.m. 4 º y 5 º 3:00 p.m. ASES / Girlstart 5:30 p.m. Todos los órdenes deben ser recogidos antes de las 6:00 p.m.
Quién: Los adultos deben ayudar con órdenes de 3 o más cajas. A los estudiantes que vendieron 1-2 cajetas se les permitirá regresar a casa con su orden.

Cookie Dough Order Pick-up Flier
Dear Teachers,
1. Check the class list you marked off against the Community Resources typed list. Are all of your students accounted for in the “Class Total” on the company’s list?
2. Please send out one flier to each student who sold items this week.
3. Also, PLEASE give each family a cookie dough pick-up flier at the conference!
4. You should have a few extras for yourself to hang, keep as a reminder, etc.
It is vital that all cookie dough be picked up on Thursday, Oct. 26 and put into the freezer as soon as it gets home.
FYI-We will most likely be calling individual 1st-3rd students before the 2:10 bell on Thursday., Oct. 26 if they sold only one or two tubs. These children will return to your class, but will be permitted to walk home with the cookie dough; calling them before the bell rings will expedite the distribution after the bell.
