Join The Southern British Car Club As we “GO WHERE NO CAR HAS GONE BEFORE”

October 30, 31—November 1, 2015 Chattanooga Choo-Choo Friday, October 30 –4:30 pm - Registration in the Imperial Ballroom, located on the left, across from the railcars close to Building # 1. Look for the British Signs. When you arrive on Friday you may pull under the canopy of Building # 1, unload your luggage and then place your car in the parking lot to the left of the building where the car show will be held. You may move your car at anytime and return to take the next available parking spot in your class. 6:30 pm. Dinner will be served in the Imperial Ballroom as we kick off the weekend, with dinner music provided by the Mid South Concert Band. Wear your best Star Trek character costume or dress like someone popular in 1966. Saturday, October 31—9:00 am—1:00 pm Popular Vote British Car Show featuring 25 +classes for all antique British Cars in the parking lot outside of building # 1.

1:30 pm - Meet outside Imperial Ballroom and join the Southern British Car Club members for ride through the mountains in and around Chattanooga.

6:00 pm - Cocktails will be served in the Imperial Ballroom located on the left side of the complex as you enter. Coming from Building # 1 it will be on your right across from the railcars. 6:30 - Awards Buffet Dinner will be served in the Imperial Ballroom followed by the presentation of trophies.

Sunday, November 1— 8:00—10:00 am Join us for coffee, juice and sweet Goodbyes in Hospitality Suite # 224 in Building # 1 as you begin your journey home.

Host Hotel, The historic Chattanooga Choo-Choo Holiday Inn..— Reservations may be made by calling 1-800-TRACK 29. Ask for building # 1 (please note change in location) which is closest to the weekend events and ask for the car show room rate of $99.00 plus tax.

Cars may be reclassified (drivers choice of class) at 9:45 am, if only one (1) vehicle is present in any given class. Additional classes may be formed when two (2) or more vehicles are present at 9:30 am. There will be a special parking area for all cars that are not pre-assigned to a class until 9:30 am. You are welcome to bring your replica and non-British cars for display only and we will have a special place for parking them, however they will not be a part of the Popular Vote Car Show. Trophies will be awarded as follows: two (2) cars in a class will receive First Place only, 3-4 cars in a class will receive First and Second Place trophies, five (5) or more in a class will receive First, Second, and Third Place trophies.
