Facebook, LinkedIn, Anita Borg Institute, and Lean In have teamed up to launch our Computer Science & Engineering (CS&E) Chapter, a global network of Lean In Circles specifically focused on including women studying or interested in computer science and engineering on college and university campuses.

Lean In Circles are small groups that meet regularly to support and learn from each other. There are more than 21,500 Circles in 97 countries, including on more than 330 college campuses. There are an average of 10 people per Circle, so more than 200,000 people have started or joined Circles, and we're seeing real impact!

We would love for you to share this resource with your student community so that, together, we can change the numbers. To learn more about this project, please read today’s article in USA Today.
